Return & Refund Policy
Simple and transparent return process for your peace of mind
Important Notice
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from cootac.com. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Eligible for Return/Refund
Faulty Items
Items that are damaged, broken, or stained upon arrival. Must be reported within 14 days of receiving.
Incorrect Items
Items received in the wrong size or color. Must be reported within 14 days of receiving.
Unsatisfactory Items
Unwashed, unworn, and unused items that have not met your expectations. Must be returned within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return. If received, they will be sent back to you at your expense:
- Packages received more than 1 months after purchase
- Products not purchased from cootac.com
- Products with missing, damaged, altered or unreadable serial numbers
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories
- Products with removed posted codes from packaging
- Products exhibiting physical damage caused by the customer
- Products for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
Return Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Cootac is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Time Limit
We must receive your return parcel within one month of issuing the RMA.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
RMA Process - 3 Easy Steps
Request RMA Authorization
Contact our service team at [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Product SKU
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item
- Preference: replacement or refund
Once approved, we'll provide a return address.
Ship Your Return
Include all items with:
- Original packaging
- All accessories
- RMA authorization document
Always provide a tracking number! We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Receive Replacement or Refund
Upon receiving your return package:
- We inspect items within 1-3 business days
- Replacements are shipped immediately
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
You'll receive email confirmation when processed.
